1. Introduction

Welcome to Image to Video ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Chako LTD. By accessing or using our website at image-to-video.pro and our AI video generation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Refund Policy & Consumer Rights

Because our service provides immediate access to computationally intensive AI digital goods, special refund rules apply. By purchasing a subscription or flexible credits and initiating a video generation, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal (e.g., the 14-day EU/UK right of cancellation) once the credits have been consumed.

• Consumed Credits: All sales and credit purchases are final and non-refundable once the credits have been utilized to generate content.
• Technical Failures: If you experience a critical technical system failure where credits were consumed but no video was generated, please contact our support team for a credit reimbursement evaluation.
• Paddle's Discretion: Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all final transactions are subject to Paddle's overarching Buyer Terms. Paddle legally reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis (such as cases of fraud or products not functioning as described), in accordance with local consumer protection laws.

4. Acceptable Use & Content Guidelines

You agree not to use our services to generate, upload, or request videos that are illegal, harmful, sexually explicit, highly violent, or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these safety protocols without notice or refund.

5. Intellectual Property & Commercial Use

You retain all ownership rights to the original images you upload to our service. For videos generated using paid plans (Starter, Creator, or Pay-As-You-Go), you are granted full commercial usage rights to the outputted media. We do not claim copyright over the videos you successfully generate using your purchased credits.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." Chako LTD and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
