1. Introduction

Chako LTD ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Image to Video application located at image-to-video.pro. We respect your privacy and are deeply committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy outlines what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is secured, and your rights regarding this information.

2. Information We Collect

  • Personal/Account Information: When you register on our platform via third-party providers (such as Google or Discord OAuth), we securely collect basic profile information—such as your email address and name—to create and identify your account dashboard.
  • Usage Data & Uploads: To process our core service, we temporarily process the images you successfully upload and the generated video outputs. This data is only retained for the functional purposes of ensuring video delivery before being cleared from active generation pipelines.
  • Log Records: Like all standard web services, we automatically log browser metadata (IP addresses, user agents, active sessions) to combat fraud, prevent abuse, and optimize server health.

3. Payment Information & Third-Party Processing

All credit card data, billing addresses, and financial transactions are routed directly to, and processed securely by, Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record).

Chako LTD **does not process, capture, or store** your full credit card numbers or sensitive financial data on our servers at any time. Paddle is fully PCI-DSS compliant. For more information on how Paddle protects customer purchase data, please review the Paddle.com Privacy Policy.

4. How We Use Information

We use your information exclusively to:

  • Deliver, operate, and maintain the Image to Video application.
  • Authenticate user logins and manage purchased credit balances securely.
  • Process high-quality video generation tasks based on your account's requests.
  • Analyze technical product performance to improve generation speed and reliability.
  • Communicate with you regarding account updates, critical service alerts, or customer support inquiries.

5. Cookies and Web Storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage tokens to maintain your active login session and remember immediate user preferences (such as theming or recently accessed projects). By using our application, you consent to this functional storage. We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the legal right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request the correction of inaccurate data, or request the complete deletion/erasure of your account and associated records. You may submit these requests at any time by contacting our support team.
